Job Description

The Move-Out Technical Staff is responsible for conducting thorough inspections and performing necessary repairs or maintenance work once a tenant or guest vacates a unit. The role ensures that all technical aspects of the unit are assessed, repaired, and documented to prepare the space for the next occupancy in compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct technical inspections of vacated units, identifying damages or maintenance needs. Perform minor repairs in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other systems. Replace or repair fixtures, appliances, and fittings as needed. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to schedule timely unit turnover. Prepare detailed reports on damages, repair needs, and parts replacements. Ensure all technical issues are addressed before the move-in team takes over. Monitor and report recurring issues to the Maintenance or Engineering Supervisor. Maintain safety and cleanliness in all work areas during and after tasks. Safeguard tools, equipment, and company property during operations. Follow safety protocols and company procedures strictly.

Qualifications:



High school diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field. 2-3 years of relevant technical experience in property, hospitality, or facilities management. Strong skills in basic repairs and troubleshooting. Ability to inspect units thoroughly and document findings. Capable of working independently and within a team.

Preferred Skills:



Excellent communication and reporting skills. Time management and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a proactive work ethic. Knowledge of safety standards and basic compliance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
