Motorcycle Sales Executive

Job Description

Role Purpose:

To drive the showroom sales of CFMOTO motorcycle models, accessories and related services. Provide best-in-class customer experience, build strong relationships with riding communities and meet/exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome showroom visitors, understand customer needs and recommend appropriate CFMOTO models and accessories. Maintain deep product knowledge of CFMOTO motorcycles (specs, features, benefits) and industry/market trends. Conduct test drives, liaise with Service/Workshop to coordinate demo rides, accessories, insurance and financing as needed. Promote add-ons: accessories, riding gear, insurance, finance options. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for units, accessories and services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities. Work collaboratively with marketing, service and parts teams to generate leads (events, ride-outs, community engagement) and convert them into sales. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activity and market conditions. Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and UAE regulatory requirements. Maintain showroom standards: product display, cleanliness, stock levels, promotional materials. Engage with rider / motorcycling communities in the UAE to build brand advocacy and referrals.
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years sales experience in motorcycles, powersports, automotive or a high-value retail environment. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic IT/POS systems; ability to learn showroom/ERP systems. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, attend events/outings as needed. Strong drive to achieve targets, proactive, self-motivated and team-oriented.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Number of motorcycles sold per month/quarter. Accessories and add-ons revenue. Customer satisfaction / repeat purchase rate / referrals. Lead to sale conversion ratio. Showroom visit to test ride ratio. Compliance with sales process, documentation and hand-over procedures.
