We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our motorbike dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motorcycles, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to close deals. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting the right motorcycle, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate motorbike models and accessories.
Conduct test rides and explain features, benefits, and pricing of various motorbike models.
Generate leads through online platforms, showroom visits, and follow-up calls.
Negotiate prices and financing options with customers.
Close sales and complete necessary paperwork (invoices, registration, etc.).
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products, promotions, and financing options.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in showroom organization and presentation of motorbikes.
Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
Proven experience in motorbike or automotive sales is an advantage.
Strong passion for motorcycles and motorbike culture.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude.
Valid motorcycle driving license is required.
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
