To perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostic work on CFMOTO motorcycles, ensuring high-quality service, customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out routine maintenance, repair, and overhaul of motorcycles as per manufacturer specifications.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately using diagnostic tools.
Conduct test rides (if authorized) to verify repair quality and performance.
Maintain proper documentation of all repairs and services performed.
Report any additional required work or safety concerns to the Workshop Supervisor before proceeding.
Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
Follow CFMOTO service manuals and standard operating procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Assist in training junior technicians when required.
Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a motorcycle mechanic, preferably with CFMOTO or similar brands.
Strong knowledge of motorcycle engines, transmissions, fuel systems, and electrical components.
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and electronic systems.
UAE motorcycle license is an advantage.
