All kind of accident motor claims survey up to AED 25000/- for Agency and up to AED 10,000 for Non agency. Initial survey of claims more than AED 50000/- and co-ordinate with external surveyors for claims more than AED 50000 along with ABUDHABI and ALAIN claims. Monitoring the under work in progress of vehicle at Agency and Non-Agency till completion of the repairs, delivery and customer satisfaction. Coordinating in development of Apps and portals relating to motor claims Loss control measures Assisting in filing of all kinds of claim files Any other related administrative tasks in your Motor claims department
