Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Assist in setting up new facility for motor overhauls



2) Identify equipment and tools required for workshop setup (Test Bench, Rotor Balancing, Vibration Analyser, Oven, Resistance, Capacitance, induction meter)



3)

Single handedly carry out motor overhauls, balancing, testing, and repair by himself without any assistant.



4) Understanding of rotor winding processes and all critical motor testing procedures (IR Test, HV Test, Surge Test, etc.).



5)

Create reports for the job done.



6)

Familiarity with EX Motors (Hazardous Area Motors) repair and certifications will be a significant advantage. (Not Mandatory)



Qualification & Experience:

1) Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)



2)

Minimum 10+ years in motor repair, overhauling operations, and troubleshooting



3)

Additional certifications in Motor Repair, EX Motors Handling (preferred)



4) Strong hands-on experience with motors used in Oil & Gas industries (AC Motors, Jacking Motors, Blower Motors, Crane Motors, etc)



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Expected Start Date: 01/05/2025
