Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Motoman Robot Welding Machine Programmer cum Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and optimizing Motoman robotic welding systems to ensure high-quality welds, efficient production, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities



Program and operate Motoman robotic welding machines (MIG/Steel & Aluminum) Set up welding jobs, fixtures, jigs, and tools as per drawings Develop, edit, and optimize robot welding programs Read and interpret fabrication and welding drawings Monitor weld quality and ensure compliance with specifications Troubleshoot welding, robot, and program-related issues Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with maintenance team Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures

Candidate Requirements



Proven experience as a Motoman Robot Welding Programmer & Operator Strong knowledge of robotic welding processes and parameters Experience in metal fabrication or structural welding Ability to read and understand technical and welding drawings Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills UAE experience is an advantage
