We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer cum Operator to join our joinery & fit?out production team. The ideal candidate will:

Program and operate CNC machines for wood / panel joinery components in line with production drawings. Use AutoCAD (and/or other CAD/CAM software) to interpret, modify and prepare technical drawings for CNC programming. Read and understand technical drawings, cutting lists and detailed specifications, ensuring accuracy in manufacturing. Set up tooling, fixtures and machine parameters (speeds, feeds, depths, materials) for efficient production and minimal waste. Monitor machine operation, inspect output for dimensional accuracy, troubleshoot issues and perform basic machine maintenance. Coordinate with production, design and engineering teams to ensure smooth workflow, meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

Minimum?2?3?years of experience in CNC programming and operation within a joinery, furniture or interior fit?out environment. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with CNC programming/nesting software. Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings. Good problem?solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast?paced production setting. Able to operate and maintain CNC woodworking machines (routers, panel saws, boring centres etc). Good communication skills and team?orientated mindset.

Preferred:

Experience working in UAE/GCC region. Knowledge of materials like MDF, plywood, veneers, laminates. Can join immediately
