We are looking for a highly skilled and creative

Multimedia Designer with expertise in 3D Mapping and Motion Graphics

to join our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will have

a minimum of 5 years' experience

delivering high-impact 3D visual experiences for live events and immersive installations. This role demands both artistic vision and technical proficiency in multimedia production, specifically tailored to the fast-paced and detail-driven events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative directors, event managers, and technical teams to conceptualize and execute

3D projection mapping and motion graphics

for live events, exhibitions, concerts, and ceremonies. Develop captivating

motion graphic content and 3D animations

, ensuring alignment with event themes and storytelling goals. Design and prepare

3D models, visual effects, and multimedia assets

using tools such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, and Cinema 4D. Conduct

on-site assessments

and technical surveys to evaluate projection mapping feasibility and optimize visual impact. Integrate multimedia designs into event environments, considering projector placement, venue architecture, lighting, and audience perspective. Oversee and support the

setup, testing, and calibration of 3D mapping systems

, including projectors, servers, and synchronization tools. Coordinate closely with

audio, lighting, and staging departments

to ensure seamless execution and a synchronized show experience. Manage relationships with external suppliers for sourcing equipment, materials, and technical support. Research and apply emerging technologies and techniques in projection mapping and motion design to elevate event production value. Deliver all creative outputs on time and within budget while meeting client expectations and brand guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in 3D Mapping and Motion Graphics for live events

. Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale event projection mapping, motion graphics, and multimedia installations. Proficiency in industry-standard tools: Autodesk Maya, Blender, Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, TouchDesigner, and similar. Solid understanding of

projection mapping software and hardware

, such as MadMapper, Resolume, Watchout, or Disguise. Ability to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and changing priorities. Excellent collaboration, problem-solving, and communication skills. Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed to support event operations.
