Position Overview: We are looking for a highly creative and skilled Motion Graphic Designer with expertise in videography and video editing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging video content that effectively communicates our brand message and showcases our properties and services. This role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent motion graphic skills, and proficiency in video editing software. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project objectives and requirements.
- Conceptualize and develop visually compelling motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Create high-quality video content from start to finish, including storyboard creation, filming, editing, and post-production.
- Incorporate visual effects, transitions, and other elements to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of videos.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines in all video content produced.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics, videography, and video editing techniques.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to coordinate video production schedules and logistics.
- Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to elevate the quality and impact of video content.
- Conduct regular reviews and revisions based on feedback to ensure the final deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or related field.
- Proven experience (1+ years) working as a Motion Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic work, videography, and video editing skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Solid understanding of cinematography principles, lighting techniques, and video production workflows.
- Excellent visual and storytelling skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas through motion graphics and video.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality while working under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in the real estate industry or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm for creativity, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
