Designation: Motion Graphic Designer RESPONSIBILITIES To perform this role successfully, the candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following: Apply strong traditional artistic skills with expertise in composition, rendering, anatomy, color theory, perspective, lighting, environment, architectural, character, and graphic design Ability to do marketing brochures for real estate developments Ability to do 360 cinematic videos of buildings based on 3D models Ability to read AUTOCAD files Add the lighting that creates atmosphere, increasing realism, tone and depth in a scene and clarifying the location.
Create strong 2D visuals that sits with the theme of the project
Conceptualize, design, model and render 3D elements
Work with Art leads and Directors to define visual style guides and creative briefs
Demonstrate a willingness to give and receive feedback, collaborate with others to share techniques and ideas
SKILLS Minimum 5 years of experience in creating photo realistic 3D visuals in the genre of Architecture and Interior Design.
Experience in 3D-Modeling, texturing, lighting, and building visualization.
Ability to light characters and environments, interior and exterior, different times of day.
Detail-focused with an eye toward accuracy and consistency with the ability to build assets and scenes from physical samples or reference images
Experience in creating photo-realistic output for renderings.
Ability to work on various illustration software like Photoshop and Illustrator to create eye-catching 2D and 3D visuals.
Self-driven with strong communication skills and comfortable working in an environment of honest feedback and iteration. Willingness to learn. Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment. SOFTWARE SKILLS After Effect CGI 4D Cineam Blender 3DSMax / any other 3D modeling software
