Hiring: Mortgage Support Specialist (UAE) - Work From Home
Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a passion for customer service? We're looking for a Mortgage Support Specialist to join our growing team!
Location: UAE (Remote - Work From Home)
Visa: Own visa required
Driving License: Preferred
Language: Strong communication skills in English required; Arabic is a plus
Role Responsibilities:
Provide support to clients throughout the mortgage application process
Coordinate with banks, clients, and internal teams
Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-ups
Assist in resolving client queries and providing mortgage options
Requirements:
Experience in a mortgage department (bank or similar setting).
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage
UAE driving license preferred
