Job Description
The Mortgage Credit Specialist is responsible for independently managing and converting mortgage loan applications sourced by the Mortgage Acquisition team. This role requires strong analytical skills, sound underwriting judgment, and the ability to ensure full compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will play a critical role in driving loan approvals while delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Mortgage Loan Application Processing
Manage the end?to?end processing of assigned mortgage loan applications, from initial review to final approval. Independently assess and underwrite applications in line with bank guidelines and financial regulations. Prepare, package, and validate mortgage applications with high accuracy. Maintain proactive communication with clients to collect required documentation and resolve queries. Provide timely updates on loan status to ensure a smooth and transparent client journey.
Risk Assessment & Compliance
Conduct detailed credit and risk assessments in accordance with Yubi's risk management policies. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks associated with mortgage applications. Collaborate closely with the Mortgage Acquisition team to enhance loan conversion efficiency. Coordinate with legal, compliance, operations, and other cross?functional teams to resolve issues and facilitate approvals. Monitor the quality of loan submissions and ensure adherence to internal and external compliance standards. Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements to reduce turnaround times. Stay informed about changes in mortgage regulations and internal policies. Propose and support process enhancements to improve conversion rates and overall team performance.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
