Mortgage Coodinator
Job Description
We are hiring for a highly organized and detail. oriented Mortgage Coordinator to join our growing team. If you have a passion for real estate finance, client service and smooth deal execution this could be the perfect role for you! Key Responsibilities:
-Coordinate mortgage applications from submission to final approval -Verify client documents, ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and bank requirements -Liaise with clients, banks and internal mortgage advisors to ensure timely processing -Schedule valuations, follow up on approvals and maintain an accurate deal tracker -Manage client files, contracts and loan documents with confidentiality -Support the mortgage advisor team with daily administrative and operational tasks Requirements: -Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage coordination, banking or real estate finance -Strong communication and organizational skills -Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools -Knowledge of UAE mortgage process and documentation preferred. -Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
