We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team at Betterway Mortgages. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our mortgage products, building strong customer relationships, and closing deals to help individuals and businesses secure their dream properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Meet clients in person to explain mortgage solutions tailored to their needs. Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, property developers, and brokers. Guide clients through the mortgage application process, from inquiry to approval. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, interest rates, and market trends. Provide accurate information to clients regarding documentation, eligibility, and terms. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required. Report regularly to management on sales activities and market feedback.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales (experience in mortgages, real estate, or banking is an advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of the UAE mortgage and property market is preferred. Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred). Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
