The Role
We\'re looking for a Mortgage Consultant to join our clients, an established and award-winning mortgage brokerage in Dubai. My client is voted as one of the top brokers in Dubai and is currently receiving 1000\xe2\x80\x99s of mortgage applicants every month. As a Mortgage Consultant, you will be visiting clients across Dubai. Whilst being provided with a number of quality leads, you will also be expected to generate your own business and continue to grow your reputation within the Dubai market. Main responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up on leads in a timely manner, ensuring clients are offered a range of mortgage options. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage both inbound and outbound calls from generated leads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build a relationship of trust with clients and with company partners. \xe2\x80\xa2 Educate clients about mortgage products and procedures. \xe2\x80\xa2 Gather, analyse and present documents required for processing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Visit their Real Estate Agent partners weekly to continue to build relationships. Travel requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Travel within the country to visit clients Gross monthly base salary: \xe2\x80\xa2 4,500 \xe2\x80\x93 6,000 AED per month Commission / Bonus: \xe2\x80\xa2 20,000 - 40,000 AED per month Other Benefits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong lead sources \xe2\x80\xa2 Working Visa \xe2\x80\xa2 Medical insurance \xe2\x80\xa2 30 days annual leave \xe2\x80\xa2 Loan progression team to process your applications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Full training and support provided. Requirements
Previous experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous experience as a Mortgage Manager, Mortgage Consultant or Mortgage Broker \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role Language Fluency: \xe2\x80\xa2 English \xe2\x80\xa2 Arabic (not essential) Nationality Preference: \xe2\x80\xa2 Individuals from English-speaking countries Soft Skills and Personality traits: \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to build strong client relationships \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Bubbly and confident personality \xe2\x80\xa2 Articulate and numerate \xe2\x80\xa2 Drive and enthusiasm
