Mortgage Broker

for a purely technical role with pre-filled applications.

What you'll do:

Receive pre-completed application forms with document packages from our system. Verify completeness and accuracy of all submitted documents. Prepare and submit mortgage applications to multiple banking partners. Monitor application status and negotiate terms with banks. Coordinate any additional documentation requests from banks. Manage the process through to final disbursement. Keep CRM updated with every application's status -- no loose ends. Identify and implement process optimizations.

What success looks like (first 3 months):

All applications complete the full cycle from form to disbursement without delays. Approval rate meets or exceeds target KPI. CRM accurately reflects up-to-date information on every application. You've proposed and implemented at least one improvement that accelerates processing by X%.

What we're looking for:

Mandatory experience in Dubai

within mortgage brokering or banking.

Fluent English

Arabic proficiency

is a strong plus. Proven technical expertise in handling mortgage applications end-to-end. Excellent document-management skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with CRMs and digital tools. RERA certification or relevant banking credentials is a plus.

Compensation:

Commission-only model:

30% of the company's commission

on each closed deal;

Bank-paid commission

for each approved mortgage. Expected earnings
