Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious, service-driven, and financially motivated Mortgage Advisors to join our fast-growing team in Dubai. This is a commission-based opportunity ideal for individuals who want to build a long-term career in the mortgage and property finance sector. Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial consultations to assess clients' mortgage needs and eligibility
Educate clients on available loan programs, interest rates, and financing options
Collect and review documentation to facilitate pre-approvals and loan applications
Maintain accurate client data and pipeline activity within the CRM
Coordinate with banks/lenders and internal teams to track the progress of applications
Provide consistent and professional follow-up to clients throughout the financing journey
Actively generate new business via networking, referrals, and company-provided leads
Attend property expos, networking events, and open houses to build market presence
Shadow and collaborate with senior advisors to enhance product and sales knowledge
Stay updated on UAE mortgage regulations, lending policies, and real estate trends
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, banking, or real estate
Previous mortgage or finance experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
Familiarity with the UAE real estate or banking sector is a plus
Fluency in English required; Hindi, Urdu, or Malayalam preferred
Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma is preferred (or equivalent experience)
Compensation Structure - Commission-Based
Tiered Commission on Funded Loan Volume
Your commission rate increases with higher monthly or quarterly funded loan volumes. This structure is designed to reward consistent high performance and motivate overachievement.
Residual / Referral Commission
Earn additional commissions on:
Repeat business (such as refinancing, top-ups, or equity release)
New referrals from satisfied clients or your network
This structure supports long-term relationship building and client retention.
Optional: Draw Against Commission for Ramp-Up Period
For new advisors or during market volatility, a recoverable draw may be offered. This draw is recouped from future commissions and provides financial stability during onboarding.
