Job Description
We are looking for an aggressive & dynamic Mortgage Advisor for various banks with excellent Commission Structure. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Originate and make sales of loan packages to customers, including meeting and counseling with customers at their homes and offices.
- Engage in marketing, promotion, and business development activities in support of sales, including calling on real estate agents and brokers, financial advisors, and other potential referral sources.
- Relationship Management and networking with real estate and developers.
- Maintain communications between the lender and borrower.
- End to end process management
- Understand and support the corporation\'s policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all of the corporation\'s customers.
- Meeting Performance Targets.
- Fluent in Arabic Language & Working knowledge of English Language.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Honest and trustworthy attitude.
- Diplomacy & Negotiation Skills.
- Respect for confidential information.
