Job Description
We are looking for confident individuals with excellent sales skills, willing to work as Real Estate Brokers (Preferred Female). Required Skills:
- Ability to work on a basic salary /commission
- You should have adequate sales experience to assist people to make important property-related decisions.
- You should advise property to interested buyers according to their needs.
- In addition to this, you should also be able to help landlords to promote, and advertise their property for sale as well as rent.
- Proven record of estate sales.
- Ability to solve misunderstandings and disagreements between buyers and sellers.
- Strong working knowledge of Real Estate law and policies.
- Basic computer skills like MS Office.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Trustworthy and critical thinker.
- Outstanding listening skills/ Qualifications
- Language: English, Arabic, Russian, French (Preferred)
- 1 years of experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Broker Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
