Mortgage Advisor
to guide our clients through financing options and property purchases with confidence and ease.Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on mortgage products, loan options, and financial requirements. Assess clients' financial situations to determine eligibility and recommend suitable financing solutions. Build and maintain relationships with banks and mortgage providers to secure competitive loan terms. Guide clients through the full mortgage process--from application to approval and property handover. Stay updated on market trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes within the UAE mortgage landscape. Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to support real estate transactions. Ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory policies.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as a
Mortgage Advisor
,Mortgage Consultant
, orBanking Relationship Officer
in the UAE. Strong understanding of UAE mortgage processes, property laws, and financial products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (preferred). Bilingual inEnglish and Arabic
