Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Mortgage Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will support mortgage advisors and the wider team in the smooth processing of mortgage. Key responsibilities include:

Key Duties:



Serving as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, vendors, and visitors. Prepare and maintain Company records and documentation. Preparing Salary (WPS) Invoices. Commissions. Communicating with tie up Banks, Brokers & Real Estate Companies. Handle incoming client queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Update CRM systems and ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulations Conduct due diligence checks and gather necessary compliance documents Support mortgage advisors with administrative tasks, including document formatting and appointment scheduling Monitor pipeline and follow up on outstanding items with relevant parties Produce and send out client documentation such as suitability letters and illustrations Monitor and create social media posts

Key Skills & Requirements:



Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Previous experience in mortgage administration or financial services preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with industry software (e.g., CRM systems, Mortgage Portal) A proactive and team-oriented approach Knowledge in Social media content creation is advantage. Knowledgable in Invoices & commissions structures Real Estate experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

* UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
