Key Responsibilities
Perform traditional Moroccan and/or Turkish bath treatments, including exfoliation, steam therapy, and body cleansing rituals.
Prepare treatment rooms and bath areas before and after each session, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and ambiance.
Maintain and operate steam rooms, hammam facilities, and related equipment.
Consult with clients to understand preferences, sensitivities, and desired outcomes.
Recommend complementary spa services and products to enhance the client experience.
Uphold strict hygiene protocols and safety standards.
Assist in inventory management of bath-related supplies and products.
Collaborate with the spa team to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in Moroccan or Turkish bath therapy (minimum 2 years preferred).
Knowledge of traditional techniques, ingredients (e.g., black soap, ghassoul clay), and cultural etiquette.
Certification in spa or wellness therapy is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and cleanliness.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
