Job Summary

The Monitor (F&V) is responsible for overseeing fruit and vegetables retail operations across assigned stores. This role ensures freshness, quality, and attractive display standards while driving sales growth, reducing wastage, and maintaining the right assortment for customers. The position requires frequent store visits, data analysis, and close collaboration with store teams and supply chain functions to achieve operational excellence.

Ensure freshness, quality, and attractive display of fruits & vegetables in assigned stores. Monitor and analyze

sales, wastage, and assortment

to hit business targets. Visit stores frequently, support teams, and ensure best practices are followed. Train and guide store staff on produce handling and waste reduction.

Requirements:

5-6 years' experience in F&V retail operations. Strong knowledge of produce handling and merchandising. * Analytical mindset with proven retail performance monitoring skills.
