Requirements
Education: Degree or diploma in Architecture, or related field. BIM certification (e.g., Revit) a plus.
Experience: 3-5 years in architectural drafting or BIM, preferably in modular construction.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD) and knowledge of modular construction processes and building codes.
Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, effective communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
