2. Conduct site meetings & customers meetings to ensure alignment with agreed scope of work
3. Planning / execution meetings with internal / external stakeholders
4. Coordinate with Sales team to arrange site inspections and provide inspection reports
5. Verify required technical scope and identify actual site requirement
6. Revenue Forecast reporting and management
7. Ensure strict adherence to company Ethics & compliance policies
8. Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
9. Build strong relationship by addressing internal / external customer issues in a timely manner.
10. Assist in employee appraisals, promotions, compensation, and termination based on the performance review.
11. Provide operational support and guidance to staff. 12. Monitor and control projects execution according to allotted budget, timeline & scope.
13. Manage work assignment and allocation for staff.
14. Conduct performance review and provide performance feedback to staff.
15. Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
16. Work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
17. Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
18. Conduct regular meetings with team to discuss projects progress, site issues, customers concern, updates etc.
19. Conduct / facilitate EH&S audit periodic audits for sites and subcontractors
20. Customers / consultants meetings to address technical concerns
