Skills and experiences

Candidates must have extensive experience leading large-scale Modern Workplace programs, with proven expertise across multiple Microsoft 365 and Azure services including Office 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Co-Pilot, Viva, and Azure-based migration projects. Strong solutioning and presales skills are essential, including proposal writing, effort estimation, client demos, and shaping delivery models. Experience in managing geographically distributed teams, including offshore, is expected. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are required, along with the ability to drive adoption and change management alongside technical delivery. Prior experience in industries such as public services, financial services, or retail is desirable. Microsoft certifications in Modern Workplace, Azure, or related areas will be considered a strong advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field. equivalent combination of education d experience will also suffice.

What you'll do

Responsibilities include leading the Modern Workplace capability, being accountable for the solutioning, delivery, and overall success of Microsoft Modern Workplace engagements across a divers portfolio of services. The role requires driving end-to-end project lifecycles including presales, solution design, estimation, client engagement, and delivery oversight for offerings such as virtual machine migrations, SharePoint migrations, Microsoft Co-Pilot implementations, Office 365 implementations and migrations, and Microsoft Viva rollouts. The lead will define delivery approaches, manage risks, ensure quality outcomes, and act as the primary escalation point for Modern Workplace projects. In addition, the role involves building and growing the capability by mentoring consultants, shaping delivery methodologies, and fostering strong relationships with Microsoft and client stakeholders.
