Job Overview
Focus is on communication and collaboration systems, and workplace services including desktop solutions, collaboration technologies, voice solutions and enablement of secure remote working environments.
Key accountabilities
Responsibilities include driving the adoption of Microsoft Co-Pilot and broader Modern Workplace solutions within client organizations by focusing on both the technical enablement and the business change aspects. The consultant will guide users on how to effectively leverage Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering techniques, workflow optimization, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications. The role involves delivering training sessions, preparing adoption materials, leading change management initiatives, and acting as a trusted advisor for end users to maximize productivity and business value. The consultant will also support presales and proposal activities, conduct demos, and ensure that Co-Pilot solutions are aligned with client needs and Microsoft best practices.

Key roles and skills & capability requirements
Candidates must have hands-on technical experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with proven ability to configure, demonstrate, and support Co-Pilot functionality across productivity and collaboration tools. Strong experience in user training, adoption programs, and organizational change management is essential, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business users. Experience in industries such as public services, financial services, or retail is highly desirable. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required, with Arabic language proficiency being mandatory. Relevant Microsoft certifications in Modern Workplace or AI/Co-Pilot technologies will be considered an advantage.

Preferrred Education Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related field. equivalent combination of education d experience will also suffice.
Preferred Years of Work Experience
At least 5 years of experience in software/product development within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including recent practical experience with Microsoft Copilot.
