Job Summary
Al Ahliya Sky On Demand Labors Supply is looking for a dedicated
Mobilization Coordinator
to manage the end-to-end mobilization process for our manpower and project operations. The selected candidate will oversee all documentation, and coordination to ensure smooth deployment of employees to various project sites across the UAE.Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all mobilization activities for new and existing projects. Timely deployment of staff and tracking time sheets Relationship building with the clients. Maintain accurate manpower mobilization and demobilization records. Arrange travel, accommodation, and transport for labors by coordinating with the campboss. Prepare regular mobilization reports for management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification. Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in a similar role (preferably withinFacilities Management, Construction, or Manpower Supply
). Strong understanding of UAE visa and onboarding procedures. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Benefits
Salary: AED 3,500 - 4,000 per month Visa provided as per UAE labor law Professional and supportive working environment
