Job Description

Yay App is seeking a dedicated Mobility Supervisor to manage and optimize our mobility services. As a Mobility Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction across our mobility offerings.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of Yay App's mobility services, including ride-sharing, car rentals, and other transport solutions. Supervise a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to schedules, safety standards, and customer service excellence. Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience. Coordinate with logistics and fleet management to ensure availability and maintenance of vehicles. Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain service standards. Train and onboard new drivers, ensuring compliance with company regulations and service expectations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns, promotions, and new service launches. Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and service improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience (X years) in a supervisory role within the mobility, transportation, or logistics industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of local regulations and safety standards related to transportation services. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with mobility management software is a plus.
