Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) or equipment at client sites or service centers.
Perform software installations, updates, and data recovery.
Replace hardware components such as screens, batteries, and motherboards.
Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and system upgrades.
Ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
Travel to customer locations as needed and manage service calls efficiently.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electronics, IT, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience as a mobile/device technician or field service technician.
Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
