The Mobile Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing basic repairs, maintenance, and diagnostic tasks on mobile devices or equipment at customer sites or service centers. This entry-level role focuses on learning company procedures, understanding equipment and systems, and providing reliable support to senior technicians and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on mobile equipment (e.g., smartphones, tablets, or vehicle-based mobile systems depending on industry).
Install, replace, and configure mobile hardware and components (e.g., screens, batteries, SIM cards).
Assist with software updates, configuration, and app installation as needed.
Document work performed, including problem descriptions, solutions, and parts used.
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times.
Provide excellent customer service and support during on-site visits.
Assist Level 2 or senior technicians as needed.
