Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in smartphones and tablets
Replace screens, batteries, and other internal components
Troubleshoot network, software, and performance problems
Provide accurate repair estimates to customers
Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools
Keep detailed records of repairs and parts used
Ensure quality control and testing after repairs
Requirements:
Experience in mobile phone repair
(hardware and software)
Knowledge of different smartphone brands and models
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Minimum
2 years of experience
in retail, preferably in a supermarket or similar environment.
Valid NOC (No Objection Certificate)
from a previous employer (for visa transfer purposes).
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
