As a Mobile Team Lead, you\xe2\x80\x99re a highly detail-oriented individual with awesome problem-solving skills and solid experience in native mobile apps development and Flutter. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working with a passionate and energetic team who are disrupting the gig economy in the MENA region. You\xe2\x80\x99d be challenged daily with developing apps and solutions for our users with remarkable user experience and pixel-perfect design.
This job is for you if you are keen to see how to build a product and scale it from the ground up with an awesome team around you. You\'d be leading the mobile teams who are developing 2 apps (employers & gig workers apps). What will you do?

This job is for you if you are keen to see how to build a product and scale it from the ground up with an awesome team around you. You\'d be leading the mobile teams who are developing 2 apps (employers & gig workers apps). What will you do?
- You\'d lead our mobile team who to architect, build reusable components, and ensure both our mobile apps are maintained across iOS & Android.
- Working with the engineering and product team, developing our products in an agile and lean manner.
- Developing high-quality customer-facing UI design, animation, and great user experience for our apps.
- Developing high-quality solutions with clean code to launch our continuous stream of user stories.
- Writing clean code, unit tests, and optimizing app performance.
- Ensure our apps are up-to-date with the latest technologies.
- Mentor & onboard mobile engineers on solving complex technical challenges they face while developing mobile apps.

- Proven 8 years of experience building native mobile apps (iOS or Android) with at least 2 years in team leading and management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Flutter with a published Flutter app.
- Good understanding of mobile Continuous Integration.
- Good understanding of the look and feel of native iOS and Android UX.
- You love to play a pixel challenge game with our UI designer!
- A deep understanding and experience in \xe2\x80\x9cClean Architecture\xe2\x80\x9d.
