About this opportunity:

As Team Lead for the Backoffice IP Backbone Networks & Cloud Infra structure Operations in managed services, you will be leading a highly skilled team consisting of more than 12 Engineers to lead the second level operation of one of the large multivendor IPBB networks in the manages services. You will be basically responsible for achieving the IPBB network and cloud infrastructure operational targets under the contractual KPIs and maintain the deliverables quality within the SLAs
What will you do:

  • Fault management and TT resolution
  • Change request management
  • Incident and emergency handling
  • New nodes and service introduction
  • Nodes/System Upgrades to manage life cycle management

What will you b
ring:

  • At least 3 years in leadership roles in IPBB network operations or equivalent
  • Ability to Implement new techniques, or to apply positive changes to the existing processes to improve the operational efficiency
  • Ability as team lead to cope with a highly demanding customer while maintaining the highest customer satisfaction levels
  • Promote the team work spirit and achieve the best collaboration between all team members
  • Efficiently assign tasks and goals, measure and track the individual performance with a clear plan for continues skilling up
  • Hire, develop, coach and steer the team efforts to the correct business direction
  • Promote the automation in the team to drive operation excellence with cost effective solutions
  • Work efficiently with different domains like planning and support organizations with articulating the proper WLA/OLA to achieve the business goals.
