Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose issues with mobile phones (hardware and software)
Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery replacement, charging port issues, water damage, etc.
Install and update mobile software and apps
Provide excellent customer service and technical support
Maintain inventory of parts and tools
Record all service jobs accurately in the system
Follow safety and cleanliness standards in the service area
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in mobile phone servicing or technical support within UAE
Knowledge of Android and iOS devices
Ability to work with small tools and components
Good communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
