Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert advice to customers on mobile phones, gadgets, and accessories
Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies, offers, and competitive products
Upsell accessories and value-added services
Manage stock levels, assist in merchandising, and ensure proper display of products
Deliver exceptional customer service and handle post-sale queries or issues professionally
Process transactions accurately through POS systems
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of UAE experience
in mobile phone and accessories sales (mandatory)
In-depth product knowledge of all major mobile and accessories brands.
Strong customer service, upselling, and negotiation skills
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is a plus
Familiarity with UAE market trends and consumer behaviour
Presentable, confident, and target-driven personality
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays
