Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Technician for Mobile Phone and Accessories located in Dubai. The Sales and Technician will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing technical support and repairs for mobile phones and accessories, managing inventory, and ensuring the store is well-maintained. Other day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, recommending products based on customer needs, and staying updated with the latest mobile technology trends.
Qualifications
Sales and Customer Service skills
Technical knowledge of mobile phones and accessories
Troubleshooting and Repair skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Inventory Management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are beneficial
