Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications using
React Native
.
Integrate
map features
(Google Maps / Mapbox) including geolocation, routing, and heatmaps.
Implement and manage
in-app payment systems
(Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).
Handle
push notifications
, in-app notifications, and user-specific alerts.
Work with
WebSockets
for real-time data handling and updates.
Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and other team members to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
Ensure app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
Requirements
Proven experience with
React Native
(minimum 2 years).
Solid understanding of
JavaScript (ES6+)
,
TypeScript
, and mobile design patterns.
Experience integrating
maps and location services
.
Working knowledge of
payment gateway integrations
.
Experience with
push notifications
(Firebase Cloud Messaging, OneSignal, etc.).
Familiarity with
WebSockets
or real-time communication.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party libraries.
Familiar with Git, agile methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with delivery, ride-sharing, or logistics platforms.
Familiarity with native iOS and Android development is a plus.
Past experience using tools like Expo, Mapbox, or Twilio is a bonus.
