Job Purpose-Mashreq has undertaken implementation of Oracle Platform OBDX and Mobile APP to GCC counties and International Banking locations.This job is being created to support this expansion and to reinforce the Subject Matter expertise of the new Mobile Banking platform within the bank. The person in the role will act as the Techno-Functional Expert and System Analyst and its interactions/dependences with other bank systems and country applications/networks. The Technical Analyst will have a range of responsibilities from analyzing the technical requirements, understanding of the infrastructure, and performing product deployments to ensuring that we stay on the leading edge of technology. Technical Analyst will be expected to contribute across the full technology stack, front to back for the platform. As a Technical Analyst, the individual will interact with a cross-functional team and with the Product Owner, Designers and engineers.
Key Result Areas
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Mobile and Digital Channels, working closely with GTB Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technology teams.
Possess strong domain expertise in Corporate Banking, Mobile Banking, or similar digital banking platforms.
Understand business requirements thoroughly and translate them into detailed, vendor specific functional and technical documentation.
Manage vendor deliverables by overseeing setup, build activities, and validating the developed components.
Collaborate actively with product, QA, and technology teams anticipating risks, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
Perform deployments, assess impact, document issues, and coordinate with vendors for prompt resolution.
Analyze system issues, participate in root cause analysis, and contribute to prioritization decisions for defect and enhancement backlogs.
Support SIT, Regression Testing, Performance Tuning, and Integration Testing covering strategy, scenario design, and test case validation.
Conduct impact assessments for change requests, manage release readiness, and facilitate production deployments.
Support business and operations teams across various testing cycles, ensuring adherence to agreed vendor SLAs.
Monitor and track Mobile Channel performance, contributing both technically and functionally to continuous process optimization.
Ensure all technology initiatives adhere to ISG guidelines, architecture approvals, hardware sizing standards, and required audit controls.
Coordinate product and systems training for Business and Operations stakeholders.
Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users.
Stakeholder Management and Leadership
Manage Key stake holders during Business process interactions and reviews.
Manage Technology stakeholders for deployments.
Provide innovative solutions and influence senior management to take critical decisions by providing recommendations.

Optimize technology solution delivery based on business requirements, existing applications, latest technology trends, total cost to operate, scalability and stability.
Provide innovative approaches to Business problems by utilizing existing applications / recommending enhancements.

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility
Primary responsibility of Solution analysis for Business case leading the change delivery
Change prioritization and end to end impact assessments & implementation of changes in-line with business objectives/priorities.
Co-ordinate Testing and Release

Attract, develop, and retain the highest quality Tech professionals to ensure the continuous and timely support to business growth
Work with team members participating in back up and training activities.
Adhere to bank's operational risk policy.
Internal functions and work practices as per policy, compliance and procedures of the organization.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related postgraduate qualification.
Over 10 years of experience working on Mobile or Digital Channel platforms within Corporate Banking implementations.
Corporate Banking domain knowledge is must
Strong subject matter expertise and hands on experience in Mobile Banking and Digital Channels.
Minimum 5 years of direct experience working on mobile/channel solutions.
Proven experience in product design and implementation aligned with business requirements.
Experience collaborating with cross border and geographically distributed teams.
Strong understanding of core banking and digital banking domains.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Robust experience in business process management and optimization.
Background in large scale transformation projects involving process reengineering and change management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create clear system and functional documentation.
Ability to interpret solution design documents, identify gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
Proven capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Strong experience documenting integration workflows and detailed design specifications for enterprise banking applications.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
Effective communication skills for engaging with business stakeholders, technical leads, and project teams.
Ability to innovate and contribute to functional application design with intuitive user interfaces.
Experience across all phases of the SDLC analysis, design, development support, testing, and go live support.
Working knowledge of designing distributed applications and enterprise-level architectures.
