is a leadership role focused on overseeing the daily operations of a high-end automotive service center, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional service quality, and customer satisfaction. This position is pivotal in managing both the technical and administrative aspects of the business, particularly in environments that handle luxury or exotic vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership



Oversee daily operations of the service center, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient service delivery. Monitor and manage service schedules to optimize resource utilization and minimize downtime.

Team Management and Development



Lead, train, and mentor a team of technicians and support staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance. Ensure staff are well-versed in the latest automotive technologies and service techniques.

Quality Control and Customer Satisfaction



Implement and uphold stringent quality control measures to ensure all services meet the highest standards. Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain customer records and follow up on services to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Inventory and Resource Management



Oversee inventory levels of parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring timely procurement and availability. Manage equipment maintenance schedules to prevent service disruptions. Control costs through efficient resource allocation and waste reduction strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 3-5 years in an operations or supervisory role within the automotive service industry, preferably with luxury or exotic vehicles.

Technical Knowledge

: Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of premium vehicle systems.

Leadership Skills

: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Problem-Solving

: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.

Organizational Abilities

Language Proficiency
