- Supervise and provide guidance to a team of QA engineers to ensure top-quality product delivery.
- Develop, implement, and manage the overarching QA strategy for products and services based on machine lea
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, machine lea
- Create and execute testing plans, encompassing both manual and automated test cases.
- Keep track of QA results and metrics, and communicate findings to senior management.
- Lead efforts to identify the root causes and solve complex issues within projects.
- Stay updated on the latest QA tools, frameworks, and best practices and promote their adoption across the QA team.
- Ensure adherence to industry and company quality standards.
- Hold a Bachelor\\\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA role, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Have extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Understand the lifecycle of machine lea
- Demonstrate strong skills in assessing data quality.
- Show a track record of crafting clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Be familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Have experience with cloud-based services and architectures.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
- A background in the health, finance, or climate industry is a plus.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
