Job Description
MIS Roles & Responsibility 1, Build an MIS system 2, Provide accurate and timely management reports 3, Based on the MIS reports, provide recommendations for updating current processes to improve efficiency and consistency in retail operations 4, Analyze and generate reports regularly 5, Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as needed IT Roles & Responsibility 1, Plan, monitor, analyze, and troubleshoot IT-related tasks 2, Ensuring that all anti-virus and firewalls are routinely updated 3, Configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. System and network monitoring and maintenance. Responding to service issues and requests in a timely manner. Assisting with technical issues across the company (by telephone or in-person) Requirements 1. Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field 2. Experience managing team 3. Certification course in MIS or related field 4. Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 business central or similar retail ERP systems 5. Train junior staff members 6. MIS reporting tools knowledge Skills Broad experience with a variety of Retails applications and software. The ability to clearly communicate with colleagues and with AMC partners in order to supervise and give clear instructions Job Type: Full-time Experience:
