Qualifications

- Responsible for budgeting, reporting & analysis of Carluccio\xe2\x80\x99s and Chizen.
- MIS consolidation across territories
- Overall responsibility for revenue analysis for all Foodmark brands
- Deliver Franchisor/ JV partner reports \xe2\x80\x93 Monthly P&Ls for respective Brands
- Franchisor revenue reporting
- Publishing of all reports (like DSR, HD DSR, sales phasing etc..) to all stakeholders
- Reporting of Home Delivery DSR, P&L Dashboard
- Responsibility for Home Delivery MIS
- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly & Annual business review Presentations.
- Automation of reporting through Qlik
- Responsibility for Forecast, Budgeting & Forecasting and overall analysis of Revenue.
- Ananlysisng revenue trends for Foodmark Portfolio, ATV and transaction
- Responsibility for Cost schedule to track budget/ forecats vs Actuals
- Manage Order mix & product mix
