Job Scope:

Key purpose of this role is to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements in key data management and reporting. This includes service reporting, distributor stock and receipts reporting for internal planning processes and maintenance of operational KPIs and business dashboards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensuring accurate and timely visibility of all JV and distributor stocks and shipment receipts across markets.
• Provide timely visibility of business operational metrices for all markets.
• Weekly Availability report & Shipment achievement vs Plan
• Unconstrained shipment plan from SPS output
• Monitor stocks, GIT and receipts reporting across all markets and ensure periodic validation to ensure data accuracy.
• Data accuracy monitoring: Checks, variances sheets, comments, etc.
• Data Flow update in line with Iops
• SOPs definition with CG for all Iops activities
• Harmonization & Automation of NVA across Arabia CS
• Develop Dashboards for overall MIS of the CS and CX

Key Competencies & Skills:

• +2 years of experience in digitalization, automation or data analytics.
• Bachelor\'s degree in MIS, Data Analytics, or Engineering.
