What You Will Achieve Support GSC EMEA Europe and AfME Master Data Managers as a Subject Matter Expert in regional Master Data (MD) & Data Integrity (DI) activities: coordinate, track and drive completion of MD & DI specific activities with various stakeholders Drive improvement initiatives related to MD & DI processes and governance with key stakeholders to drive digitization and automatization in MD maintenance, accuracy and reliability Support governance over Master Data planning aspects across EMEA Coordinate and support AMP planners in MD & DI activities Develop metrics, reports and materials related to MD & DI processes for AMP Hubs, Europe markets & EMEA region
How You Will Achieve It
Master Data & Data IntegrityProactively massively maintain, update and regularly track MD parameters for Europe planning portfolio through usage of multiple tools (MD Dashboard, Info Steward, Jedox, other BOBJ reports, Demand Signal Remediation tool, ...) Proactively spot potential MD issues with impact in metrics (% in stock, Forecast Error, MOH) and highlight these aspects to key stakeholders: Markets during data integrity calls for validation & global SCD team for collaborative resolution Support assessment and investigation of Master data and data integrity impacts on distribution model changes projects Plans and initiates change controls and coordinates the activities relating to master data and data integrity
Improvement initiatives Execute assigned activities related to improvement initiatives, and coordinate/track completion of those initiatives Identify initiatives to improve master data processes and governance Document key master data processes and flows Train AMP Hub & Markets colleagues in key master data and data integrity activities
Metrics and Analytics Contribute to reporting requirements for master data specific and develop tools, reports and analytics for metrics development support further digitization of Master Data Provide data insights through reports and analysis to AMP, markets and P&E team Qualifications Key qualifications
Relevant experience required in Supply and logistics management systems 3+ years of relevant experience
Language requirement English
Technical skills preferred: Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and end to end global product flows Understanding of planning processes and the impact of master data parameters on planning Understanding of supply chain metrics and calculations Good knowledge of the SAP systems and BI used in supply chain Good knowledge of Excel
Key capabilities Strong analytical and problem- solving skills are required - ability to observe patterns and trends in data, determining root cause of issues and drawing proper conclusions from analysis High attention to details required Ability to grasp and understand complex situations involving multiple parts Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to quickly synthesize data and develop recommendations
