Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
Data Management
: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining and updating records in Google Sheets and other software systems.Data Extraction & Presentation
: Regularly extract, compile, and present data from multiple internal systems.Reporting
: Prepare both regular and ad-hoc reports on operational and financial performance, along with other business metrics, for management.Data Analysis
: Analyze trends in data and provide insights to aid in decision-making.Cross-Department Collaboration
: Work with HR, finance, and operations to understand and meet their data and reporting requirements.Process Improvement
: Identify ways to enhance business processes using MIS tools.System Development
: Collaborate with IT teams to enhance systems and optimize workflows.Qualifications:
Proficient in automating report generation using advanced Google formulas such as
VLOOKUP, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, PIVOT TABLES
, andFILTER
.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
