We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

MIS Analyst

to manage, analyze, and report data critical to business decision-making. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and streamlining management reports, dashboards, and data systems to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets from multiple internal systems. Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports as per business requirements. Develop automated dashboards and performance tracking tools using Excel, Power BI, or relevant software. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for process improvements through data insights. Work closely with departments (Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand reporting needs and provide solutions. Maintain and improve existing MIS systems and processes for data integrity and efficiency. Support management in decision-making by providing ad-hoc analysis and actionable reports. Ensure data security, accuracy, and confidentiality at all times. Document report generation processes and update regularly.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) as an MIS Analyst or in a similar data/reporting role. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts, etc.). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other visualization tools is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.
