MIS Analyst
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Experience in IT with previous experience in Banking or Finance Industry.
Acts as the first level of contact to the IT department, logs call from users and escalates all IT services related incidents.
Performs any sort of MIS, reports and data analytics as and when required
Provides technical expertise in IT related support.
Responds to all cases and queries are logged through the Helpdesk as per the prescribed procedures in place.
