Join our dynamic team as a Mini Bar Attendant at our luxurious hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates! We're seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to ensure our guests have an exceptional in-room dining experience.

Restock and maintain mini bars in guest rooms, ensuring all items are fresh, properly arranged, and fully stocked Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies or low stock levels Process accurate billing for consumed mini bar items Clean and sanitize mini bar units and surrounding areas Respond promptly to guest requests for additional mini bar items Collaborate with housekeeping staff to coordinate mini bar service during room turnovers Maintain detailed records of stock levels, guest consumption, and billing Assist in identifying popular items and suggest improvements to the mini bar offering Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or special requests


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in basic math and computer operations Ability to operate mini bar refrigerators and point-of-sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor Physical ability to lift and carry supplies, and walk for extended periods Knowledge of food and beverage inventory management Familiarity with hotel policies and procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Quick and accurate decision-making skills Multilingual skills are a plus, given Dubai's diverse international clientele * Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
